You will only use this Service consistent with the terms set forth in the Customer Agreement, which your department will make available to you upon request. If you are a Minor, you are prohibited from using this Service without parental or guardian consent. Your use of the Service does not create a contractual relationship beyond that created by the Customer Agreement.
